Job Description
- Lead, monitor, and empower your team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure all telesales activities are aligned with company SOPs and compliance standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to boost motivation and productivity
- Compile and analyze operational reports, ensuring data-driven decisions
- Collaborate closely with other departments to improve strategies, campaigns, and customer experience
- Continuously develop your team’s skills through coaching and on-the-job learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales Supervisor, experience in Fintech is a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing at least 5 Team Leaders and 75 agents
- Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken)
- Fast learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes quickly
- Strong selling, coaching, and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic organization
