Job Description
GreenSM Vehicle Business team is looking for a Telesales Manager (Head) to lead and scale our telesales function. This role will play a critical part in converting qualified leads into customers while building a high-performing, data-driven telesales operation.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end telesales activities — from managing inbound leads generated by Marketing and Sales, to ensuring high-quality consultation, strong customer engagement, and consistent conversion performance. You will guide the team in delivering tailored product consultation (pricing, rental, and purchase schemes), while ensuring all customer data is accurately maintained in the CRM system.
You will also monitor key metrics such as call performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback, using insights to continuously improve processes and drive better results. Close collaboration with B2C & B2B Sales teams will be essential to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading telesales or inside sales teams at Manager/Head level
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM systems, reporting, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and optimize sales processes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or high-volume sales environments is highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong ownership and accountability
