Job Description

Role Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Telesales Operations Lead to build and scale Dealls' telesales function from the ground up. This person will be responsible for setting up the structure, hiring the first team members, defining the playbooks, and iterating fast to drive acquisition, monetization, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define KPIs, workflows, tools, and reporting from scratch.
  • Design the telesales structure across 4 initial functions:
  • Inbound Management
  • Lead Generation
  • Tele Acquisition (to evolve into Business Development)
  • Tele Monetization (split into Hunter & Farmer roles)
  • Hire & Lead
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach the first batch of telesales agents.
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear targets and incentives.
  • Drive Execution
  • Create and iterate sales scripts and lifecycle plays to improve conversion and retention.
  • Work closely with Growth, Product, and Ops to align messaging and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Leverage data to optimize agent productivity and customer outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • A fully operational telesales team running structured daily operations.
  • Customer lifecycle initiatives that materially improve returning customer rates and LTV.
  • Sales metrics tracked and optimized via CRM and dashboards.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally with team management exposure.
  • Strong builder mindset — thrives in zero-to-one environments.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and fluent with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
