Job Description
- Make outbound calls using a provided database (candidates who have already registered to become drivers)
- Verify candidate information (full name, location, availability, vehicle preference, etc.)
- Provide a brief introduction to the Green SM driver opportunity (income potential, requirements, onboarding process)
- Answer basic questions and handle initial concerns from candidates
- Accurately update call results and candidate status in the system following guidelines
- Coordinate with the Operations team to move qualified candidates to the next steps in the onboarding funnel
Requirements
- Clear and professional speaking voice, with good pronunciation and confident phone communication
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily (cold/warm calling)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; able to explain information in a simple and engaging way
- Basic problem-solving skills to handle common objections or candidate concerns
- Good listening skills and ability to capture accurate information during calls
- Familiar with using basic tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, or call tracking tools
- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Able to work independently (remote setup) while maintaining consistent performance
