- Distribute and monitor the agents assigned accounts
- Review Telemarketing activities including customer contacts, call attempt, duration.
- Team management, including motivating the agents
- Help the agents to solve problems
- Review the agents performance
Requirements
Job Requrements :
- Minimum 1 year experience as Telesales Team Leader for legal fintech company
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 25 years old, Maximum 35 years old
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Possess a valid AFPI Supervisory Certification
