Job Description
- Contact potential customers to introduce and promote dental products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in the dental or medical industry).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of dental products is a plus.
