Job Description
- Pengecekan semua material yang akan digunakan sebelum loading sesuai dengan SOP yang berdasarkan standard ACI.
- Pengecekan workability (Slump) di plant dan diproyek mengacu pada ACI standard atau pengecekan lainnya sesuai dengan spesifikasi proyek.
- Membawa kelengkapan alat yang dibutuhkan saat bekerja.
- Mengirim bahan, peralatan dan perlengkapan tambahan jika diperlukan di Proyek.
- Pembuatan benda uji diproyek/plant mengacu pada ACI Standar atau sesuai dengan spesifikasi proyek.
- Mengisi laporan kegiatan harian pada system.
- Pengawasan proses pengecoran beton di proyek ( Penambahan air manual, visual beton, pengerjaaan pengecoran di proyek dan hasil pengecoran sebelumnya jika ada ).
- Pengawasan dan perawatan benda uji hasil pengecoran ( pembukaan benda uji dan curing beton ) baik di plant maupun di proyek.
- Distribusi Benda Uji dari proyek dan ke plant, Lab Independent.
- Mengirim dokumen ( pengetesan benda uji dan material ) yang dibutuhkan customer.
- Melakukan proses trial mix di plant.
- Melakukan proses join survey untuk mengukur estimasi volume pengecoran di lokasi proyek.
- Melakukan pengetesan benda uji di plant sesuai dengan jadwal yang diinfokan admin technical berdasarkan laporan pengecoran.
- Delegasi tugas foreman yang ditunjuk oleh foreman apabila berhalangan hadir.
- Selalu menjaga kebersihan dan kelayakan semua perlengkapan yang digunakan dalam bertugas.
- Mengontrol aspek lingkungan, mutu, K3 ( K4LM = Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, keamanan, lingkungan dan masyarakat ) di lingkungan kerjanya.
Requirements
- Pendididkan minimal SMK/S1
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama setidaknya 2 tahun
