Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan perbaikan perangkat komputer (PC), dan perangkat IT lainnya.
- Melakukan preventive & corrective maintenance pada perangkat ATM dan PC.
- Troubleshooting hardware & software pada PC, serta menangani kendala perangkat ATM (cash dispenser, card reader, monitoring, dll.).
- Menangani dan melakukan analisa dasar terkait jaringan (LAN/WAN) yang mendukung operasional PC dan ATM.
- Melakukan upgrade software, patching, dan penggantian sparepart pada perangkat PC & ATM
- Mendokumentasikan setiap kegiatan maintenance, termasuk laporan detail perbaikan.
- Memberikan dukungan teknis dengan koordinasi kepada user, bank/vendor, dan tim internal.
- Siap bertugas ke lapangan dan mengikuti prosedur keamanan kerja yang berlaku pada perangkat PC dan ATM.
- Melakukan backup dan recovery data sesuai ketentuan perusahaan
Requirements
Requirements :
- Minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Komputer Jaringan / Elektronika / Mekatronika atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan diagnostik dan troubleshooting hardware & software PC.
- Memahami dasar elektronika dan mekanik untuk penanganan perangkat ATM.
- Mengerti dasar jaringan (IP Addressing, router, switch).
- Memiliki SIM C/A dan siap melakukan perjalanan dinas ke lokasi pengguna/ATM dan PC.
- Bersedia bekerja shift atau on-call (24/7) sesuai jadwal operasional.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang teknisi IT atau teknisi ATM menjadi nilai tambah.
