Job Description
- Act as the main liaison between Product, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, rollout strategy, and operational execution.
- Support end-to-end product rollout, ensuring all teams are operationally ready with training, documentation, and processes in place.
- Drive process excellence by identifying gaps, mapping current workflows, and recommending scalable improvements or automation solutions.
- Champion customer excellence by collecting feedback, analyzing user pain points, and ensuring the product and operational solutions enhance the overall customer and partner experience.
- Create and maintain SOPs, operational playbooks, and FAQs to ensure consistency and efficiency in execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and user data to inform product and process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can think end-to-end and act fast when issues arise
- Min. bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project management, ideally within a tech-driven environment
- Proven track record in process improvement, operational optimization, or workflow design.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with an ability to translate user feedback into actionable insights
- Understanding of agile methodology and product development cycles, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or product analytics platforms
