Job Description
- Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of hemodialysis machines and other medical devices (incl. laboratory and dental unit)
- Conduct product training of hemodialysis machines to the customers
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and service of RO/reverse osmosis
- Ensure all installed products comply with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Prepare service, installation, and maintenance reports, along with other required documentation after each customer visit.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electromedical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience as an engineer of medical devices (experience handling hemodialysis machines will be prioritized)
- Certification in engineer or have completed relevant training (a valid STR for electromedical engineering graduates)
- Good understanding of hemodialysis process
- Good communication and collaboration within internal and external
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Possess valid driver's licenses (A and C)
- Willing to travel for business
- Based in Padang or Riau, or willing to be assigned to either location.
