Job Description
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, system guides, installation instructions, and release notes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, business analysts, and other teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure consistency in documentation style, tone, and format according to company standards.
- Support the preparation of training materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Review and update documentation regularly based on product changes or feedback.
- Manage documentation lifecycle using tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major with experience in the IT field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understand general banking flow or have experience in IT banking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, system administration, programming languages, and applications.
- Understand technical concepts and terminology in the IT and software industry.
- Able to think critically, communicate effectively, analyze business needs, be creative, plan well, and explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Capable of designing and providing new solutions to meet the needs of the IT organization.
- Able to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
