Job Description
- Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, API documentation, FAQs, and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
- Create and edit content that clearly explains technical concepts and procedures to various audiences.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documentation.
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories and manage version control.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and improvements.
- Assist in the creation of visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and videos to enhance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar.
- Familiarity with markup languages such as HTML, Markdown, or XML.
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge base software.
- Ability to create and edit visual content using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
