Job Description
- Conduct IT operation monitoring within the Company.
- Provide 1st level support (internal and external customer).
- Perform network troubleshooting in the Company environment.
- Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the Company.
- Manage asset IT (preparation for demo, backup, POC).
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having experience as Technical Support Engineer, Network Engineer or similar role.
- Have a basic skill of Network routing, switching and IP Phone.
- Familiar with Cisco product & environmental.
- Willing to work with a shift schedule.
- Having additional knowledge/skill in Microsoft 365 & Security (such as Palo Alto, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet) will be prioritized.
- Placement at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang or South Jakarta
