Job Description
- Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
- Provide 1st level support for external customer
- Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
- Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Have a skill of Network routing, switching, Fortinet and Cisco product (ASA, Switch and Meraki)
- Preferably candidate's have certification Fortinet NSE 4
- Placement at South Jakarta
