Job Description

  1. Provide strong technical support service through various support tools (email/online chat/web meeting/phone call)
  2. Handle issues related to work devices (PC, HDD, NVR, CCTV), Software, & Dashboard
  3. Having experience in Installation, Troubleshooting and Daily Support
  4. Perform routine checks, manage, maintain, and repair IT systems.
  5. Communicate accurate impacts of production incidents and recommend solutions to production problems
  6. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a technical environment
  7. Work closely with the Tech team to reproduce and resolve customer issues
  8. Investigate system problem and provide root cause analysis for further improvement
  9. Support user testing including review of test plan and be responsive to user queries, request for assistance
  10. Ensure proper documentation, coordination and communication between team members, end users, department users, project team members and vendors.
  11. Keeping track of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices
  12. Prepare weekly report on consolidated user problem vs resolution
  13. Ability to inspire and motivate others, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a top university.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in similar function
  3. Educational background in computer science / information technology or other fields of science will be an added advantage
  4. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  5. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
  6. Experience in programming would be a great plus
  7. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills: this involves the ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  8. Time Management and Prioritization: the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency, customer impact, and business needs
  9. Collaboration and Teamwork: foster positive working relationships and drive efficient cross-functional problem-solving
  10. Continuous Improvement Mindset: the desire for self-improvement and a commitment to continuous learning in agile working environment
  11. Ability to communicate in English will be preferable
