Job Description

  • Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to achieve established sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to support product optimization and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Fully comprehensive market in the designated area for Biotechnology industry (Open for Jakarta, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Semarang area).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Recent graduate (within 1–2 years) with a strong sense of commitment, adaptability, and alignment with Chinese business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve targets independently.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal, reading, and writing abilities.
  • Prior experience in upstream sales within the biodiesel production or renewable energy sector will be an advantage.
