What You’ll Do
- Lead & mentor developers (automation + full-stack), guiding them to deliver clean, testable, and scalable solutions.
- Oversee projects from planning to delivery—balancing sprint goals with ad-hoc requests.
- Run daily stand-ups (10 AM WIB) and sprint retrospectives to keep projects on track.
- Manage automation workflows (n8n) and ensure integrations with tools like Lark Suite, SendPulse, and other APIs.
- Guide app development (Next.js, Express.js/Go, Flutter/React Native) for web and mobile projects.
- Ensure quality & performance through testing, documentation, and strong engineering practices.
- Drive innovation by researching and piloting new tools/tech stacks to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to tick every box—but here’s what will help you succeed:
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Next.js, Express.js)
- Backend skills in Node.js, Go, or similar
- Experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile apps
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Linux server environments
- 1–3 years leading a dev team and managing projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to balance structured sprints with ad-hoc priorities
