Job Description
- Conduct regular audits across hubs and vendor locations based on the approved audit schedule.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities related to hygiene, operations, equipment, pest control, storage, and process adherence.
- Ensure findings are evidence-based with photographic or documented proof.
- Work closely with the QA, QC, and operations teams to monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain clear audit records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide coaching or clarification on best practices during site visits as needed.
- Escalate critical or repeated issues to TA Lead and relevant departments.
Requirements
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Proficient in using audit tools, checklists, and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, Google Forms, dashboards)
- Knowledge of production/processing environments and compliance indicators
- Ability to analyze audit data and summarize trends
- Understanding of CAPA processes and root cause analysis
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Integrity and professionalism during audit execution
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently
