Job Description

● Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team in monitoring quality processes and delivering actionable feedback 

● Design and implement sampling strategies to ensure accurate and representative quality assessments 

● Organize sample distribution and track evaluation completion in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

● Guide and mentor QA team members on evaluation methods and effective feedback delivery 

● Collaborate with Team Leaders, Trainers, and other key stakeholders to address quality-related matters 

● Oversee QA team performance and produce regular reports on evaluation outcomes and feedback impact 

● Support the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and initiatives to enhance service quality 

Requirements

● Min. S1 from all major 

● Min. 2 years as a Quality Assurance or Trainer 

● Min. 1 year as a Team Leader 

● Good communication, intrapersonal and team management skill 

● Analytical thinking and problem solving skill 

● Technical Competencies : Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
