Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and leading sales team by providing a strategic sales plan.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Presenting the benefits and features of the company's products or services to potential customers, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitoring the team's sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including campaign coordinator and community team, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in management or other related fields (master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in sales, media industry, advertising, marketing strategy or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Having knowledge in FMCG products is a must.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
- Strong leadership abilities.
