Job Description
Tax Staff:
- Prepare tax invoices to ensure all revenue transactions are subject to VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations
- Ensure monthly compliance for VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Distribute Bukti Potong (WHT Tax Slips)
- Review invoices, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and tax deductions
- Assist the Tax Manager during tax audits
- Prepare and review data for external audit reports
- Support the preparation of the annual corporate income tax return, including supporting documents
- Perform tax reconciliation/equalization to minimize recording errors
- Stay updated on tax regulations and implement relevant changes within the company
Accounting Staff:
- Review and process reimbursement applications along with supporting documents
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including transaction journals
- Understand and apply accounting principles
- Support tax-related activities
Requirements
Tax Staff:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and taxation; Brevet A & B certification is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
Accounting Staff:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (S1)
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in accounting is required
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and well-organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
