Job Description
- Calculate, validate, and process withholding tax and VAT, including PPh Statements, input and output VAT, and related tax documents.
- Prepare and submit periodic tax returns, including VAT and applicable withholding tax returns.
- Reconcile and equalize tax data against the general ledger, sales, expenses, and tax payments; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify potential tax issues in transaction data and escalate them with supporting analysis.
- Stay informed of relevant tax regulations and system requirements, and apply them to assigned tax activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and related departments to obtain and verify tax data, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare data and supporting schedules for the annual corporate income tax return, including tax credits, nominated expenses, and financial statement mapping.
- Prepare tax data and documents required for tax examinations, SP2DK responses, and external audits.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain tax invoices, return notes, withholding tax certificates, correspondence, and other supporting documents.
- Enter and upload PPh data into the company's system and maintain complete and accurate documentation to support tax reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, or Fiscal Administration.
- 1–2 Years in Taxation, Audit Field, and Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Good knowledge of taxation; Brevet A & B certification is a must.
