Job Description
- Recruit and onboard KOLs/creators based in the United States.
- Build, manage, and maintain a KOL database (profiles, performance, contact details).
- Conduct outreach, initial communication, and coordination with KOLs.
- Support negotiations and collaboration processes with KOLs.
- Work closely with internal teams to support US market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Background or experience in sales and acquisition are strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative and data management skills.
- Comfortable working with international creators and across time zones.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
