The Talent Development Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the company's talent development initiatives within the Human Capital Development (HCD) department. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing employee skills and competencies to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leaders to design and implement talent development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Job Description
- Support the design and implementation of talent development strategies and programs.
- Assist in the identification of training needs for various teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Support the talent management process, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities relevant to talent development.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and develop training plans accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using various training tools and technology.
- Proficient in English
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate trainer
- Familiar with knowledge regarding HR Management
- Has a BNSP Certificate regarding training
