Job Description
- Brand Advocate – Represents and enhances the brand’s identity across social media platforms.
- Content Planner – Develops content strategies that align with business goals.
- Audience Analyst – Understands and analyzes the target audience’s behavior and preferences.
- Engagement Specialist – Interacts with followers, builds relationships, and boosts engagement.
- Data Analyst – Monitors social media performance and optimizes strategies based on insights.
- Community Manager - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Social Media Advertising - Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.
- Crisis Management- Handle negative feedback, PR crises, and brand reputation issues professionally. Develop crisis communication strategies for social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (preferably in Communication, Management, or Performing Arts).
- Has 3+ years work experience in talent management, event organizing, or content production.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various types of talents.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Highly proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment (such as events, shootings, or campaigns).
- Willing to work flexible hours and be mobile (onsite or out of town when required).
- Proficient in basic tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
