Job Description

  1. Training & Casting Host Live streaming
  2. Creating a daily Host Schedule.
  3. Monitoring and giving detailed briefs to the host before and during the live.
  4. Recap all host payment details per month .
  5. Evaluating host performance based on live metrics, engagement, and sales conversion targets.
  6. Managing back-up hosts and handling urgent scheduling changes or on-air troubleshooting.

Requirements

  1. Proficient / Familiar with Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, Etc
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  3. Initiative and responsiveness
  4. Good communication skill
  5. Having experience is a plus
  6. Having hosted live streaming is a plus
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends if required by live streaming schedules.
  8. Familiarity with live commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) and live dashboard analytics.
  9. Attention to detail
