Job Description
- Assist in administering psychological assessments and organizing test data
- Support data processing and ensure accuracy of assessment results
- Prepare draft reports and summaries based on analyzed data under supervision
- Help identify patterns or trends from assessment data for internal review
- Assist in documentation and coordination related to people development initiatives
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology
- Interest in psychological assessment, people analytics, or organizational development
- Able to work with data and basic reporting (Excel is a plus)
- Willing to follow professional ethics and confidentiality standards
- Able to commit to 6-month internship period
