Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  • Process end-to-end permanent employment by creating profiling, conducting permanent presentation or interview for defined level and position.
  • Execute talent development program or IDP by creating profiling report, conducting coaching, project & assignment, regular review, etc for specific level (non-leader level) based on defined plan and strategies.
  • Working closely with ANBS, OD, all strategic business unit, and other related stakeholder to ensure coordination for implementation of talent management activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate talent management activities to ensure operational excellence and nurturing the continuous improvement.
  • Process end-to-end permanent employment by creating profiling, conducting permanent presentation or interview for defined level and position.
  • Maintain OKR/KPI readiness and data suitability in performance system to ensure performance activities runs well.
  • Support awareness of performance management cycle in organization by conducting socialization of it.
  • Monitor and evaluate talent and performance management activities by creating report needed to ensure operational excellence and nurturing the continuous improvement.
  • Apply self-leadership in managing daily work, and also build good cooperation between teams and departments.
  • Implementing corporate cultural values to create a supportive work environment for the team.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Have passion and interest in people management/productivity
  • Have knowledge about talent management process
  • Have understanding about assessment tools; defining gap competencies and creating development program
  • Good in collaboration & handling project management cycle
