Job Description
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Having experience in Headhunter for various level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
- Solid working experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor for at least 2 years.
- Willing to be placed in Head Office - Surabaya.
