Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best talent fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting activities.
- Create and manage job postings and support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely recruitment processes.
- Monitor recruitment progress and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring challenges.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and established SOP.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment strategies, processes, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Manage coordination with vendors and external partners to support manpower fulfillment and hiring target
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Experienced in using job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting methods.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace.
