Job Description
PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Interpretation of assessment result and provide suggestions to users
- Manage recruitment database
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Handle employer branding through social media (Linkedin, Website, etc)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
- Min. 2 years of working experience as recruiter
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Humble, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta
