Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, department needs, and create compelling job descriptions aligned with company objectives.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using various platforms and targeted outreach to attract high-quality candidates across creative, retail, sales and support functions.
- Conduct comprehensive screening of applicants, including resume review, background check, competency assessments, and initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate integration.
- Continuously improve recruitment practices by analyzing metrics, seeking feedback, and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the creative industry or retail sector.
- Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring mid to senior-level roles in competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
