Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HOCO GROUP located in Cengkareng - West Jakarta. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, recruiting activities, and many others HR task on the fields.
Requirements
- Background Education - Bachelor Degree's of Psychology (Preferable Industrial & Organizational Psychology focus from the University)
- Experienced as HR Recruitment / HR - TA for about 3-5 Years
- Experienced in Manufacturing Company is a must
- Skills and Knowledge in using various Job Portal Media & Tools
- Basic Knowledge of Psychological Test for recruitment
- Strong personal character, and good analytical skill
- Able to work under pressure and according to deadline
- No Part-time activity & other Business
- Not in a College condition (Pursuing Education for Bachelor or Master Degree / others)
- Able to work as a team or even individually (hands on).
- Placement will be in HO - West Jakarta, Cengkareng
