Job Description
PT. United Family is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifamers.
📝 Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing for Sales positions (sourcing, outreach, screening interview)
- Manage talent pool & recruitment database for Sales roles
- Maintain recruitment data & reporting
- Support other recruitment activities as needed
Requirements
🔎 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Min. 2 years experience in recruitment (preferably FMCG / Sales hiring)
- Experienced in mass hiring
- Strong networking & familiar with various sourcing platforms
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
- Available for project-based assignment under outsourcing (6 months)
