Job Description
- Lead manpower partner acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build data-driven recruitment strategies and insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to align hiring with business needs.
- Drive process innovation and implement smart recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in logistics, manpower-intensive, or high-volume hiring industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using reporting/dashboard tools.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels.
- Adaptive, agile, and experienced in leading a team.
