Job Description

  • Handling end to end recruitment, from sourcing & screening talents, interview assessment, recommending talent to users, offering proposal negotiation, until onboarding.
  • Networking within tech communities to expand talent pool
  • Helps executing HR initiatives to improves employee retention, happiness, communications, and collaboration as part of People & Culture team

Requirements

  • A bachelor's of science, human resources degree, or any relevant degree
  • A good understanding of technology stack and sourcing talent strategy through social media and other channels.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, decision-making skills, stakeholders and documentation (administration) management.
