🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source potential candidates through various social media platforms
- Support the recruitment team in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conduct pre-screening calls and assist in interviews to assess candidates’ capabilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain and update internal recruitment databases
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Prior recruitment experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Familiar with interview techniques and candidate screening methods
- Strong interpersonal skills, humble attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to commit to a 3–6 months internship program
- Available for on-site placement in Kedoya, West Jakarta
