Job Description
- Support Talent Acquisition team in coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social media, job portals, and hiring platforms).
- Help schedule and organize interviews, including screening calls and assessments.
- Review and shortlist candidate resumes and basic profile information.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and interview questions under supervision.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives such as content creation, campus engagement, or social media updates.
- Help maintain applicant databases and track candidate pipelines.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Assist the team in day-to-day recruitment tasks and other HR projects as needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and understanding organizational roles.
- Familiarity with social media, job portals, and professional networks is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes or prior internship experience in HR is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
