Job Description

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and assist in candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interview sessions with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
  • Contribute to a sustainable and scalable talent acquisition process.
  • Act as PIC for assigned Talent Acquisition projects
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project progress in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Analyse project outcomes and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, with an interest in both operational and project management aspects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Confident in speaking and writing in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong sense of ownership with proven ability to handle responsibilities.
  • Curious, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willing to work from the office in BSD, Tangerang (conditional).
  • Available to start immediately and commit for at least 3 months.
