Job Description
- Assist in candidate screening by reviewing CVs and applications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Support and follow up throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in psychological assessments and interviews under supervision.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and documentation.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology (preferred) or Management.
- Strong interest in recruitment, assessment, and HR-related tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work 4 days on-site (WFO) and 1 day remote (WFH) in East Surabaya.
