Job Description
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and screening resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help create and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
