Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and countries
- Improve and enhance HR projects
- Manage and execute employee engagement and learning activities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and as an HR Generalist
- Fluency in English
- Exposure to HR Development areas, including Learning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
- Strong project management skills
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR field
