Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Conduct initial candidate screening (if required)
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Assist in employer branding initiatives (social media content, career page updates, campus hiring)
- Support recruitment events and internal HR activities
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or related field)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus
- Available for 3–6 months internship
