Job Description
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and prepare comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires and support the overall talent management strategy.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Having 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people search or a related field
- Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
- Required Skill(s): Human resource, recruitment
- Good communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal relation skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
- Keen attention to detail and a professional approach.
