Job Description

  1. Manage the entire recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment process.
  2. Develop and distribute engaging recruitment materials across multiple channels.
  3. Represent the company at industry events to attract and engage potential candidates.
  4. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment. However, recent graduates with relevant internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Having an understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in mass hiring, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
