Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all functions and levels, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and execute employee retention initiatives, including onboarding programs, engagement activities, and regular feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Retention.
  • Educational background in Psychology or HR Management.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
