Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all functions and levels, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and execute employee retention initiatives, including onboarding programs, engagement activities, and regular feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Retention.
- Educational background in Psychology or HR Management.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and retention strategies.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
