Job Description
1. Answering inbound support requests (via Tickets, Chat, Phone) and efficiently resolving the issue 2. Maintaining Hypervisor Environment
3. Setup & Maintaining Phisycal Server & Storage
4. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
5. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools6. Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, & Windows Server
Requirements
1. Experience on Windows Server
2. Experience on Active Directory Server
3. Experience on O365
4. Experience on Virtualization
5. Familiar with shell script
