Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and development teams to understand system needs and design effective IT solutions.
- Design and document system processes, workflows, and data models to support business operations.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Support software development and implementation by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to support system usage and maintenance.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and comply with organizational standards and policies.
- For senior levels: lead requirement analysis sessions, provide mentorship to junior analysts, and guide solution design strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a related role, with level of responsibility aligned to seniority (Junior, Middle, Senior).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), business process design, and system architecture.
- Proficient in using tools such as:
- Microsoft Office, SQL, UML, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar system analysis and documentation tools.
- Experience in creating and maintaining functional specifications, technical documentation, and system diagrams.
- Ability to identify business problems and translate them into structured IT solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiar with banking or financial industry processes is an advantage.
- For senior levels: capable of leading analysis workshops, defining business process frameworks, and providing direction for solution design.
