Job Description
- Melakukan kunjungan proyek untuk dapat mengumpulkan informasi terkait analisa kondisi, prospek, & estimasi proyek
- Menganalisa perhitungan jumlah para pekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek
- Merencanakan dan mengukur berapa banyak waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan setiap proyek.
- Melakukan penilaian risiko untuk memperhitungkan potensi resiko dari rencana proyek
- Menguasai permasalahan-permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada bangunan rumah
- Memberikan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada proyek
- Memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi metode perbaikan bangunan rumah
- Membuat dokumen estimasi kepada klien, terkait jumlah tukang, jenis tukang, lama pekerjaan, alat, dan bahan
Requirements
- Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil semester akhir / sudah lulus, yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Manajemen Konstruksi dan RAB
- Memiliki pengalaman Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau magang di proyek konstruksi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, secara tertulis maupun lisan
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi untuk mobilisasi kegiatan survey
