Job Description
- Execute the customer system implementation and activation process according to established standards.
- Perform system configuration, setup, and testing based on the customer’s operational requirements.
- Provide technical assistance during the implementation phase and the initial operational period.
- Validate data and system configurations to minimize operational errors.
- Identify potential technical or configuration risks that may impact integrated systems.
- Document implementation results, configurations, and any technical issues encountered.
- Escalate issues in a structured manner to the Engineering team if technical problems are found outside the implementation scope.
- Conduct a clear and well-documented handover to Customer Support after the implementation is completed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of system implementation processes, basic configuration, and product setup.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate data checks and system configuration.
- Able to manage multiple implementation processes simultaneously.
- Able to work with targets and meet established deadlines.
- Familiar with work tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and ticketing or project management systems.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for systems or applications.
- Willing to travel for business trips or conduct on-site visits to customer locations when required.
- Experience in POS system implementation is a plus.
- English communication skills are a plus.
